1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HAVEN (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. HAVEN is developed and maintained by Primecode LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HAVEN is an offline-first emergency preparedness and survival application. It provides educational content, survival guides, AI-powered assistance, offline maps, family coordination tools, sacred texts, and supply tracking. HAVEN is a preparedness tool and does not replace professional emergency services, medical advice, or official government guidance.

3. Not Professional Advice

The information provided by HAVEN, including AI-generated responses, survival guides, first aid content, and scenario guidance, is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, legal, or emergency advice. Always follow official emergency guidance from authorities and seek professional medical help when available.

In-app reference content (books and guides): All pre-downloaded reference content in HAVEN, including medical, first aid, and survival books, is created by Haven Survival using the Opus 4.6 AI model. This content is for informational and educational use only. It is not reviewed, verified, or endorsed by licensed medical or healthcare professionals. Do not rely on it for diagnosis, treatment, or medical decisions. In an emergency, call emergency services and follow qualified professionals.

4. Pricing and Purchases

HAVEN offers a free tier with usage limits and paid upgrades:

• Pro: $24.99 one-time purchase, lifetime access to all core features
• Pro Family: $34.99 one-time, up to 5 family members with Pro access
• Watch: $2.99/month or $19.99/year subscription, live real-time monitoring (requires Pro)

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are governed by the respective store's policies.

5. Free Trial

HAVEN offers an optional 7-day free trial of Pro features. The trial requires no credit card and no account. It is the user's choice to start or skip the trial. After the trial period, users may purchase Pro or continue using the free tier.

6. Sacred Texts

All sacred and religious texts included in HAVEN (Quran, Bible, Torah, Bhagavad Gita, Dhammapada, and others) are free and unlimited on every tier. These texts are sourced from public domain translations. HAVEN does not claim ownership of any sacred text.

7. User-Imported Books

You may download, purchase, or otherwise obtain your own books and add them to HAVEN (PDF, EPUB, TXT, DOCX). This lets you use authoritative or preferred sources alongside the in-app library. You retain all rights to your imported content. Imported books are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not have access to or copies of your imported books.

8. Amazon Referral Links & Authentic Books

HAVEN may include referral links (e.g. Amazon Associates) to help you find and purchase authentic printed or e-books. These links take you to third-party retailers. We do not receive or store the content of any books you purchase; purchases and your data on those sites are governed by their respective privacy policies.

9. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

The HAVEN AI assistant generates responses using an on-device language model. In-app reference books and guides (including medical and first aid content) are created by Haven Survival using the Opus 4.6 AI model. AI-generated and AI-assisted content may contain inaccuracies. This content is not reviewed by licensed medical professionals. Users should verify critical information, especially regarding medical treatment, safety procedures, and emergency response, with official sources and qualified professionals.

10. Limitation of Liability

HAVEN is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Primecode LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on survival information, AI responses, or navigation data. In emergency situations, always prioritize official emergency services and professional guidance.

11. Family Plan

The Pro Family plan allows one purchaser (owner) to invite up to 4 additional family members via email. All invited members receive Pro access. One person cannot be a member of two families simultaneously. The owner may remove members at any time, which immediately revokes their Pro access.

12. Amazon Associates

HAVEN participates in the Amazon Associates program. Links to products in the Survival Gear Shop and Survival E-Books sections may be affiliate links. These links help you find and purchase authentic books and gear. As an Amazon Associate, HAVEN earns from qualifying purchases.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of HAVEN after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
