During a declared national emergency or a verified catastrophic event, HAVEN can unlock all Pro features for affected users-globally or by country/region-at no cost. This includes:

- All 17 Scenarios: Full guides for everything from nuclear fallout to natural disasters.
- Unlimited Library: Access to every illustrated book and technical manual.
- Environment Scan: On-device vision AI for situational awareness.
- Multi-Region Maps: Access to all offline map data.
How It Works
Unlock can be declared by the HAVEN team and assisted by HAVEN Watch threat monitoring (with human approval for automatic recommendations). When active, devices sync a Crisis Unlock signal. Eligibility can be global or limited to selected countries/regions using your profile country, Watch region, and-when online-a soft network country hint.
Fail-open offline: Once your device has unlocked, a review timer (for example 72 hours) does not re-lock Pro while you are offline. Access stays available until we explicitly revoke the unlock and your device successfully syncs that revoke. Paid purchases are never removed when a crisis ends.
